The Change Consortium is a Community Interest Company based in the West Midlands.

We aim to foster the dissemination of best practice and information through conferences & courses, aimed primarily at the 3rd sector.

But the Change Consortium is also an organisation that practices what it preaches, with a wide-ranging portfolio of community initiatives, including:- A community orchestra; an employability programme for long term unemployed middle and senior managers; and a work experience programme focused on marketing, PR, social media and event management, in partnership with local universities and job centres.
